Merch Shop – Guidelines for Users
This store is designed to offer a fun and rewarding way for employees to connect with the brand while expressing where you belong. To ensure a smooth experience, here are some friendly guidelines to keep in mind:
How It Works

The store operates on a reward credit system. Employees can use their allocated credits to order curated merchandise.

Orders are placed digitally, and distribution is handled automatically by Felestad.

New items will be added over time, based on employee feedback and availability.
Who Can Use the Store?

The merch shop is exclusively for employees.

Each employee receives a set amount of reward credits on special occasions (details on allocations will be communicated separately).

Credits do not have a monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to others.

PAO administrators and managers will be able to place orders for other employees regardless of their points. This order will be subject to invoice by the store operator.

Order & Delivery Process

Once you place an order, it will be processed automatically.

Orders will be delivered to your studio.

If you are a hybrid worker (like most of our employees), please make sure to have your order delivered to your studio.

Home delivery is only available in exceptional cases – for example, if you are working 100% remotely or are currently on parental leave. If this applies to you, please make sure to mark this clearly in your order.

Estimated delivery times will be provided, but keep in mind that availability may vary based on stock levels and your location.

If someone leaves Makita

Credits are deactivated when employment ends.

Unused credits are non-transferable and hold no cash value.
